Every item is inspected several times before it is listed for sale. We aim to convey its condition as accurately as possible with clear photos and in the product description using the following terms:
Preowned perfect condition: no signs of wear; some or all of the original packaging may be in tact.
Excellent used condition: minimal signs of wear.
Gently used condition: signs of wear from normal use and washing, such as fading or pilling.
Play: showing wear but lots of life left. Great for messy play, daycare, or just getting a bargain! Any damage will be described and/or shown in a photo.
We take great care when inspecting donations and describing items for sale. But - we're human! If you receive an item that does not match the product listing, we will do our best to make it right. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@fabrickcollective.ca
