FREE local pick-up

Free local pick-up is available in Old Ottawa East or at the shop at 70b Beech St in Little Italy. You will receive an email when your order is ready with a Calendly link to book your pick-up at your preferred location.

Local delivery (Ottawa/Gatineau)

FREE local delivery within 4 km of the shop.

$7 delivery within 30 km radius, FREE on orders $49+ 

Orders are usually delivered 2-5 days following your order. Please email me if you need a rush on your order.

Shipping to Canada + the U.S.

Shipping throughout Ontario and Quebec is a flat rate of $15, FREE on orders $70+

Shipping to rest of Canada and the U.S. is a flat rate of $20 CDN, FREE on orders $100+

U.S. customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days following your order.

Combining orders

To save on shipping and delivery fees, you can combine orders from weekly drops. Use the discount code HOLD at checkout to remove the shipping/delivery charge and I will hold onto your items. Please email me when you would like your order shipped. I will contact you if you have reached the minimum threshold for free delivery/shipping based on your location to check if you would like your order shipped.

Order confirmation & shipping

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. For local deliveries, you will receive an email notification once your order has been delivered (we do not knock or ring the doorbell as we understand many customers have sleeping babies at home). For all other orders, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Eco-responsible packaging

For local orders, we use recyclable paper bags which are left unbranded so they may be reused. For shipping we reuse cardboard boxes, or use compostable mailers. Please reuse your packaging where possible, and dispose of it correctly so we can minimize our environmental impact!
