Every item is inspected several times before it is listed for sale. We aim to convey its condition as accurately as possible with clear photos and in the product description using the following terms:

Preowned perfect condition: no signs of wear; some or all of the original packaging may be in tact.

Excellent used condition: minimal signs of wear.

Gently used condition: signs of wear from normal use and washing, such as fading or pilling.

Play: showing wear but lots of life left. Great for messy play, daycare, or just getting a bargain! Any damage will be described and/or shown in a photo.

We take great care when inspecting donations and describing items for sale. But - we're human! If you receive an item that does not match the product listing, we'll refund it. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@fabrickcollective.ca

Every item is preowned and has been donated by our community to be given new life by another family.

7% of the sale price of every item is donated to the Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa This registered charity provides support and a safe place to live for women and gender diverse people rebuilding their lives after incarceration.

Our flexible fund is used to furnish and decorate their transitional housing to make it feel more like home.
